Having a locally situated multiuser database manage your site improves productivity and flexibility. As many people as desired can be updating your site content. Each of them, or a designated person, can publish changes.

Changes can be published on a page-by-page basis, for any selected set of products, for subcategories or categories, or for the entire site. Redundant publish operations are bypassed for each web page and image.

Your entire website can be generated and/or published with a single command. If you simultaneously change the site content en masse and change ISPs (Internet Service Providers) you can regenerate and publish everything without intervention.

All products have full page listings integrated with the shopping cart. Single or multi-item formats (for different models/options/prices) are automatically generated.

Product descriptions can accommodate over 4000 characters of descriptive copy. This gives you greater freedom to describe features and benefits, and to create content for the search engines.

Products can be easily moved between categories or subcategories. Your web content is automatically updated.

This can involve both direct keyboard entry and transfer from other sources. If a large amount of data is stored in spreadsheets, documents, or existing data files it may be more cost effective to write import programs than to manually transpose information.
