Sassy Girl. Girls' Tops, Armbands and Skirts. Tops A, B (knits only); tops A has armbands and stitched hem; top B has lace edging trim and purchased ribbon bow; top C has shoulder straps, bias tape casings at upper edge and waist with stitched bow and narrow hems; skirt D, E, F have yoke and waist casing; skirt D is above mid-knee and narrow hem; skirt E has three tiers with lace edging trim; skirts E, F are mid-knee at points and narrow hems.
