Kitty Benton. Girls' Dress, Pantaloons and Hatband. Front button dress has high waisted bodice, short, gathered sleeves with barrel cuff, back ties sewn into side seams, large collar and trim variations; pull-on pantaloons have fold back waistline casing with elastic and bias tape casing with elastic forming ruffle at lower edge. Instructions included to decorate purchased hat.
