Butterick Pattern B4215 - Infants'    (Butterick 4215)

Infants' Jacket, Top, Pants and Suspenders. Raglan sleeve jacket has collar, pockets, contrast lining and three button closure. Top A or B has Velcro closures at shoulders and sleeve length variations. Pull-on pants C have suspenders and contrasting facing for cuff, purchased trim and appliques. Pants D have pockets.
