Butterick Pattern 4768-B - Children's
Children's Dress. Dress, below mid-calf or lower calf, has fitted, lined bodice with slightly raised waist, front and back insets and ruffles, flared skirt, back zipper, attached bow with knot and short sleeves with elastic or above elbow sleeves with cuffs. A: back skirt with applied trim and shaped back overlay and contrast. Purchased trim and ribbon tie. No provision for above-waist adjustment.
