Butterick Pattern B4228-E - Top, Skirt (Butterick 4228)
Misses'/Misses' Petite Top and Skirt. Close-fitting, unlined, above waist shrug has raised neckline and elbow-length sleeves. Loose-fitting top has back button loop closing, elbow-length sleeves and upper arm elastic casing. Close-fitting, lined, boned top has back zipper. D: contrast overlay. Shrug A, top B, D: purchsed trim. Slightly flared or flared, lined, floor-length skirt has wide waistband and back zipper. F: pleats and shaped hemline.
