Children's Costume. Dress, above mid-knee, has close-fitting bodice, flared skirt, long sleeves and back zipper. A: applique and belt with Velcro closing. B has back self-bow, detachable collar with bow, purchased ribbon trim. C, D: front and back yokes, belt and crown with Velcro closing. A, C, D: self-lined cape. D: contrast overlay. Spats have bands, elastic and Velcro closing.
