Ordering and Shipping Information

North Breeze welcomes buyers world wide. We accept orders by shopping cart, email, or phone. Prices and shipping costs are given in US funds.

About our Shopping Cart

An "Add to Cart" button appears on each product page. Payments are not made through the Shopping Cart. The "GO TO PAYMENTS" button takes you to the form where you provide the information we need to fill your order.

Shipping costs will not appear on your Customer Receipt email. We will send you an email invoice with shipping costs and payment information once we have received your order. PayPal invoices sent on request. Your order will be shipped on receipt of payment.

Shipping Discounts within Canada and the U.S.

We offer a 50% discount on shipping costs for sewing pattern orders from $31.00 to $40.00. Free shipping for orders over $40.00. Magazines and books are excluded.

Orders shipped free are sent by surface mail. Airmail shipping upon request. Additional charges will apply.

Sales Tax

Canadian residents pay 5% GST. BC residents pay 7% PST.

Insurance

Small packets and parcels are automatically insured by Canada Post.

Payments

We accept payment by:

1. PayPal (cash, e-checks or credit card)
2. Cheques - personal or cashier's
3. Money Orders

Credit card payments are only accepted via PayPal.

NOTE: Cheques and money orders made out to North Breeze cannot be cashed. If using a USPS money order, please ensure that it is International and not Domestic.
Payment Policy

Products are placed "On Hold" when an order is received. We need to be advised of receipt of invoice and form of payment within 3 calendar days of purchase to keep items "On Hold". We hold ordered items for 14 days pending receipt of payment.

Email Communication

We are sometimes unable to contact customers after they have placed an order due to spam blocking or failed delivery. If we cannot contact you, we will be unable to process your order.

If you have not received an invoice from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us.

NOTE: If your email system restricts incoming emails to a list of pre-approved senders, please ensure that we are on that list before placing an order. For safety reasons, we do not follow links leading to approval forms. Our address is info@northbreeze.com

Refund Policy

We make every effort to ensure that all items are accurately described and represented. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to refund. We will refund the cost of the purchase if notified within 3 days of receipt of the item. Items are to be returned in the same condition as shipped within 14 days.
